Stone’s Beach Nantucket has everything you would want to ease up a tiresome day. Sandy beaches, dunes, dune grass, and the vast oceanic backdrop. It is an excellent place to spend your free days as you take in the cool breeze.
You have to deal with the steep steps as you head down the beach, a form of exercise if you please. More good news! There is a Little Free Library where you can get your favorites and chill on the bench facing the ocean.
The beach is also an ideal hangout spot for surfers. You can come with your surfing board to ride the waves as you interact with fellow surfers. Stone’s Beach Nantucket has no lifeguards, meaning you must be careful in the waters.
It is a decent place for photography. Come with your camera and practice nature shots. Parking is small, so cycling or coming on foot is advisable.
